GUIDELINES FOR THE POSTER PRESENTATION
- The poster presentation and judging will take place on Sunday, 10 September at Grand Copthorne Waterfront, Singapore.

All presenters need to register in advance for a 2-day onsite pass to the Congress; the award presentation for winners of best posters will take place on 10 September 2023 in the Grand Ballroom
- All accepted abstracts are invited for Poster presentation. The authors are kindly requested to confirm their participation within 2 weeks from notification.
- Please prepare 2 versions of your poster (all posters must be in English):
- E-poster (optional): PowerPoint in landscape layout (16:9) to be submitted in a PDF format
- Physical poster (mandatory): A0 size (84.1cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1” x 46.8”) and in portrait format
- Further details on poster session presenters and poster set-up will be provided by email.

The main author or one of the co-authors need to be present for the poster presentation. If the author or co-author is absent, no score will be given by the judges.
- The poster should include the following:
- Aims
- Methods
- Results (tables and figures should be concise and appropriately labelled)
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgement and declaration of sponsorship, if relevant
- References are optional: restrict to only key references
- Ensure appropriate font size such that the audience can read the poster content from a distance of up to 1m.
- All poster presentations will undergo scoring by an expert panel to compete for the Congress awards.
- You will be required to stand by your poster to respond to queries from the expert panel.
- Decision by the panel of judges on the awards will be considered final.
- Awardees will be notified of the prizes by email/SMS, so that they can collect the prizes at the award ceremony.
