Chef Judy Koh is the Managing Director and Principal Chef of Creative Culinaire The School and Caffe Pralet and she is celebrated internationally as a chef, food columnist and consultant.
Her passion and forte are in the creation and development of Asian and Western recipes, and in research and comparative studies on food. With close to two decades of professional baking and cooking experience, Chef Judy is a highly sought-after chef, having conducted food demonstrations in Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Japan and China, and is a frequent contributor of recipes to local and overseas food publications.
Her entrepreneurship in the food business is evident in the expansion of her business to Jakarta, Indonesia, where she now has a franchise known as Creative Culinaire The School, Indonesia. She is the author of several cookbooks, including ‘Recipes from the Heart’, ‘Delightful Cakes’ and ‘Pockets of Happiness’.
