In this presentation, the speaker draws from her lived experience as a coronary artery disease survivor and as the lead of the Caring Hearts Support Group, sharing insights on recovery, peer support, and health coaching. This session advocates community-based strategies that bridge clinical care and lived experience, and offers a roadmap for professionals and policymakers to reimagine rehabilitation as a holistic, compassionate, community-driven journey that enhances healing and long-term well-being.
